Vallejo Gem and Mineral Society 
Description: Vallejo Gem & Mineral Society was founded October 8, 1954. It was formed by rockhounds interested in sharing their interest and knowledge of rocks, minerals, geology, and other aspects of rockhounging and collecting, cutting, and polishing. We are a 501(c)(4) nonprofit organization dedicated to sharing our knowledge and talents of lapidary, lost wax casting, wire wrapping, silversmithing, beading, and other jewelry and crafting skills.

Tule Gem and Mineral Society 
Description: The Tule Gem and Mineral Society represents Tulare County, California. We are a non-profit organization dedicated to sharing knowledge of the lapidary arts and techniques, geology, mineralogy and preservation of nature. Our areas of interest include lapidary work (cutting and polishing rocks, tumbling, and faceting gems), and jewelry making. We provide educational Rock Talks to schools and organizations across Tulare County.

Trinity Gem and Mineral Society 
Description: Dedicated to promoting interest and appreciation of mineralogy, geology, lapidary and allied earth sciences. The Trinity Gem and Mineral Society is a non-profit organization. They support scholarships to three Trinity High School students who major in the Earth Sciences. Their Lapidary School holds classes for kids of all ages in glass bead making, soapstone carving and lapidary skills.
